Our Story
About Tidewater Farm
We acquired what is now Tidewater Farm in 2018, a 30+ acre parcel in Southern New Jersey. Once known as “Wingspread,” the late Joseph Bauer owned the property for the last several decades - and from what we have been told, it was magnificent. Our hope is to bring this land back to life. Over the last few years we have managed to clear and clean up a large amount of land, we have planted sunflowers, pumpkins, corn, rye and more, while also hosting hundreds of families for private photography sessions. The days are long and the work is hard, but it is worth it. Our goal is to never stop learning and growing while we build a sustainable farm and beautiful property for both our family and the surrounding community.

“The Tidewater Farm is such an awesome and beautiful place! My wife and I enjoyed our time on the farm so much and we can’t wait to go back in the fall for the Pumpkins! One of the best things about this farm is the owners. You will not find another couple that is as kind and genuine as the owners of this farm! Go check it out! You will not be disappointed!”

“I had the privilege of visiting Tidewater farm and it provides some of the most scenic and serene grounds southern New Jersey has to offer. This is a prime location for all photography, great lighting for portraits and family photos or the water reflection shot you’ve been waiting for on their multi-acre lake. Truly a special place!”
